Financial and Sanctioning Power

Different Institutes/organizations may follow their own financial power as per their Institute purchase manual.

Below table is for example only

In any Institute/organization the financial & Sanctioning power of HoD to procure non-consumable Store (NCS) is 2.5 Lakh.

* If HoD want to procure NCS item of value 4 Lakh.

Then HoD need to take approval from the Registrar (CFA) before placing the order.

* If HoD want to procure NCS item of value 8 Lakh (not related to project).

Then HoD need to take approval from the Director (CFA) before placing the order.
