Generate CRAC on Gem

(For the Items already Ordered and Received )

CRAC full form:-Consignee Receipt & Acceptance Certificate

In the GeM (Govt. eMarketplace) portal, the buyer/consignee has to generate CRAC report within 10 days of reciveing of goods. 
The buyer/consignee should ensure that the goods received are in good condition and meet the required specification before generating the CRAC report.

4. Click on All Contracts

Find your item (already received)
5. Click on Process Order
(iv)

6. Click on Process PRC (Provisional Receipt Certiifcate)
(Within 48 hrs)

7. Put Delivery Date
8. Put Goods Received Voucher No
9.Put Goods Received Voucher Date
12. For Voucher No & Date : Download Tax Invoice

13. Find GeM invoice
14. Find Tax Invoice No.
15. Find Tax Invoice Date
16. Click to Download Seller Invoice

17. Seller Invoice (computer generated or hand written)

8. Put Voucher No.
9. Put Voucher Date
10. Save
11. Complete
