Click on teacher Console
for first time user : Enter your email id and password and click on Register
Use simple password so that you can share it to your TA (Teaching Assistant) to manage attendance on behalf of you.
Verify your email : Check inbox or Spam
Reopen the https://attendance.ecampus.co.in/teacher.html fill email and password and click Login
Create New Class Attendance Session :Fill Class and Subject name and then click on Create Session
Now, Download the Excel Template > Fill the Students details in excel (Roll No, Name, Class, Email) > Choose File > Select Session in dropdown > Upload/ Re-Upload
Click on Enable
MUST USE MOBILE PHONE TO ENABLE, ALLOW GPS
Link will automatically copied
You can share the link by clicking Generate QR Code (One Time)
or
Share the link via email/whatsapp link (one time)
This will permanent link, until delete by the teacher
Link did not required to share daily
Link will automatically disabled within 3 minutes
The mobile device used by a student to mark attendance for the first time becomes permanently associated with the student’s account. Students are not permitted to change the device. Only the teacher can reset or change the device using the Manage Students feature.
Students are advised to fill correct email id, spelling mistakes leads to creates problems in marking attendance. No LOG OUT button. Need to clear cache if accidently login through wrong email id.
Further after successfull login and marking the attendnace, students are not allowed to change the device and and delete cache.
